SHF Employee Student Summer Program

We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join us for the summer! This position is part of our SHF Summer Student program, so it’s open to children and grandchildren of current team members who are either in college now or heading there soon.  Requirements are you are either currently attending or have been accepted to a college or university for the upcoming summer or fall term. 

It’s a great way to gain experience, learn new skills, and earn some extra money over the summer. This role offers valuable work experience in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations and general tasks
• Support team members with various duties as needed
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be a child or grandchild of a current employee
• Must be currently enrolled in or accepted to a college/university for the summer or upcoming fall term
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• No prior experience required (training provided)

Schedule:

• Flexible hours
• Seasonal position running from June to August

Pay:

• Starts at: $16.00/hr
